Current Forever Fosters

A social media sensation, extreme-senior Matilda was found in a cardboard box outside of the South LA Shelter in 2018. Nursed back to health from being 'morbidly obese' at a whopping 6lbs (as well as unable to walk / life her hind legs), Matilda is currently living the life in her forever foster home as an Olympic speed-walker and swimsuit model

Left at Downey's Animal Shelter towards the end of her life completely blind, almost fully deaf and adorned with mammary tumors ... Tinker has been in her forever foster home since 2017. She is now tumor-free and generally runs the show as a Phyllis Diller impersonator.  We often hear the song "Sister Christian" playing when she is lumbering around
