Petunia

image50

This sad little creature was in the medical building at Downey, unseen by the public

image51

We instantly knew she had to be saved. Her skin felt like cement and looked like it was covered in barnacles - her eyes had lost their light. And she was just a baby

Four days later...

image52

We named her "Petunia" because we knew she would blossom beautifully. This before & after shows you what proper medical care & some TLC can do. Coconut oil really helped her mange too

Look at her now!

Winnie & Pooh

Starting to heal!!

These two never gave up. And neither did we.

Just a few months old...

image57

Neglected. Sick. Needing constant fluids. Syringe feedings. Infections.

Mange

image58

Dogs with mange are often overlooked. It looks awful, and it feels awful. But it is easily treatable.

Look at them now!

Winnie & Pooh were placed in a home together, forever
